How To Upload to Your Facebook Page
  • Click on the image to enlarge
  • On the next page, Right Click to save it to your desktop
  • Log onto Facebook
  • Click Profile
  • Click "Change Picture" on your profile picture
  • Upload the saved picture from your desktop
  • Click "Save Changes"
  • Make it your default Profile Picture
Twitter Backgrounds
        How To Skin Your Twitter Page
  • Select one of the skins and save it to your desktop
  • Log onto Twitter
  • Click Settings and Select the Design Tab
  • Click "Change Background Image"
  • Upload the saved skin from your desktop
  • Click "Save Changes"
  • Your new skin should now appear on your page
