Q: What are The Haunt’s hours of operation?
A: The Haunt is open Sunday - Thursday 7:30-9:30pm. Friday & Saturday 7:30-11:30pm.

Q: How much does The Haunt cost?
A: General Admission: $19.00 per person.
Speedpass: $26.00 Per person.

These prices include a single admission to The Haunt. No refunds. All sales final.

Q: What are the benefits of online ticket purchasing?
A: Purchasing tickets on line is both fast and convenient, and will also help shorten ticket booth wait time by directing you away from the BUY TICKETS line, and sending you directly to the WILL CALL window. When you order on line, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Simply 'print' the email and bring it to the box office WILL CALL to redeem your tickets.

Q: What is the difference between a General Admission ticket and a Speedpass?
A: General Admission tickets usually have a longer wait time before entering the attraction. The Speedpass will help eliminate wait time by placing you closer to the front of the line*.

*Note: Speedpasses do NOT guarantee admission to the front of the line but they will reduce wait time considerably.

Q: When is the best time to visit The Haunt?
A: Sunday through Thursday generally offer the shortest wait times. In addition to shorter wait times, coupons are only valid for Sunday through Thursday. Keep in mind that the closer Halloween comes, the busier the Haunt becomes.

Q: Do you have discount coupons?
A: Yes. Coupons are valid Sunday through Thursday. The coupon offer is: Buy 1, Get 1 1/2 Off. Coupons are located throughout West Michigan establishments and at Family Video stores. Discounts do not apply to online sales, and are NOT valid any Friday or Saturday.

Q: Does The Haunt offer group rates?
A: The Haunt offers group rates for groups that meet size requirements. Please visit our "Buy Tickets" page and look for the Group Rate information. Note that Group Rates start at 10 persons or more, are ONLY sold as Speedpasses, and MUST be ordered on line. Group rates are not sold at the box office, and must be purchased in advance.

Q: What Payment do you accept?
A: The Haunt accepts cash, and all major credit cards.

Q: Do you have age restrictions?
A: Due to the nature of our attraction, The Haunt is NOT recommended for children under the age of 12. Children age 5 (or younger) will NOT be allowed into the attraction. We recommend that children 14 (or younger) be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Q: How long does it take to complete the attraction at The Haunt?
A: Average time for the attraction is as follows: The Haunt is approximately 21-25 minutes to walk through.  These times are estimates only and do NOT include wait time in line(s).

Q: Are the actors/monsters allowed to touch you?
A: We have a NO TOUCH policy in place for our 'live' actors. However, there are props and actor controlled props that MAY come in contact with you. Please keep in mind that haunted houses have different lighting levels and set elements. In the event you come in direct contact with a 'live' actor, it is not intentional.

Q: Is The Haunt wheelchair accessible?
A: To the maximum extent feasible, the attraction is accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Pathways will twist and change in elevation due to the nature of the attraction. In order to best assist travel through our sets, The Haunt will provide escorts to assist persons in wheelchairs.

Q: Do you use fog or strobe/flashing lights?
A: Yes. There are numerous areas throughout ALL attractions where fog and/or strobe lights are used. Please read our "Warnings" page carefully.

Q: What about certain 'health conditions'?
A: Please refer to our 'Warnings" page.

Q: Is The Haunt open if it rains?
A: The Haunt is our main INDOOR attraction. In the unlikely event that the weather forces the attraction to close for the evening, all existing tickets can be used on any other color-coded evening, within operational hours, for the remainder of our current season. Light brown tickets are valid on Friday and Saturday ONLY, Light blue tickets are valid Sunday through Thursday ONLY. All patrons acknowledge and accept that there are NO REFUNDS.

Safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may affect hours of operation. In the event of a weather-related emergency such as sudden serious storms, heavy rain, high winds and other severe weather conditions, The Haunt will close temporarily until the danger of inclement weather has passed. As soon as closures are confirmed the website and Facebook will be updated with the current operating status. As soon as conditions permit safe operation the attraction will re-open if possible. The Haunt does NOT issue refunds.

Q: Is the location of The Haunt safe?
A: We make every effort to ensure your visit is as safe as possible. We have on staff security personnel, an EMT and a uniformed Walker Police Officer on the premises.

Q: Do you have a policy regarding purses, backpacks or certain attire?
A: Large purses, backpacks and bags are NOT allowed in any attraction. You will be asked to return them to your vehicle before entering any attraction. We do not allow high heels or flip flops in any attraction for safety reasons.  No costumes, masks or makeup allowed.

Q: Is smoking/Vaping allowed at The Haunt?
A: We have a designated smoking/Vaping area located on the property. Smoking/Vaping outside the area will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the attraction.

Q: Can I take pictures and/or video at The Haunt?
A: We do NOT allow any pictures or video cameras in the attraction at any time; this includes the use of cell phones in the attraction for video, photo, or lighting purposes. If you are caught taking pictures or video you will be expelled from the property without refund. We do, however, have many characters wandering about the property who love cameras and would be happy to have their pictures taken with you.

Q: Do you sell food, beverages or apparel?
A: We carry refreshments including bottled water, Coca-Cola, Slush and Monster Drinks. We also have snacks including popcorn, chips and candy. We do NOT sell, nor do we allow any alcohol on the premises.

Q: Where do I park?
A: Unfortunately, The Haunt does NOT have onsite parking but are fortunate to have a neighboring business for additional parking space. There is a fee of $2.00 per vehicle.
