Refund Policy

All transactions are final. No refunds will be processed. In the event of a billing error, please contact 1-855-HauntMI or visit the local ticket office within 3 business days.

Shipping Policy

 

-No shipping.
No physical items will be shipped.  All merchandise is to be picked up on location at The Haunt.  All ticket purchases will be emailed and can be downloaded from the "My Account" area of the site.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What information do we collect? We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Shipping Address
